Laser Sculpture with Frazetta’s “Red Planet” (1974; also called "Invaders") printed on steel
If soldiers from 200,000 years in the future were coming to exterminate you, wouldn’t you too be on guard? Frazetta painted this work for the paperback novel “Time War” by Lin Carter (1930-1988), where an ordinary 20th-century scientist realized people from way, WAY forward in time were out to get him. Luckily in the book, he discovers he can teleport, and Frazetta gave him the assistance of a laser gun and a colleague. The help some keystrokes and brushstrokes can give you, right?
About This Sculpture
Licensed by the Frank Frazetta estate, our Laser Sculptures feature his most popular images printed on a coated steel plate. Attached to a powder-coated metal backer, they can be displayed hung on a wall (through a hook-accommodating slot) or flat on a surface (with rubber feet as protection). Elegant and durable, our Laser Sculptures offer a long-lasting addition to your fantasy art collection.
